Phase 01
Discovery.
A site visit, an honest conversation about the brief, and a first pass at what the project is going to cost in real numbers. We use it to figure out whether we’re the right team for the job, and whether the job is the right one for us.

Phase 02
Design & Permits.
We work alongside the architect from schematic through construction documents, price the work with our long-standing trades, and shepherd the municipal permit through review. The phase ends with a building permit, a signed contract, and a budget that holds.

Phase 03
Build.
Foundation and framing through envelope, rough-ins, finishes, and final inspections. Our own team runs the site, the schedule, and the trades, and you’re kept current through weekly site visits, monthly draws, and decision packages at every milestone.
04
Phase 04
Handover.
The work doesn’t end at occupancy. We walk the home with you, resolve the deficiency list, enrol the home in BC 2-5-10 warranty, and come back for a warranty walk once the house has had time to settle.
